Climate Change and Hypoxia

We study the impacts of climate change and rising temperatures on biological systems, with a particular focus on cardiac health. Our research examines the interplay between temperature and hypoxia, working across species to identify conserved and fundamental biological pathways. Additionally, we investigate how a changing climate affects the fitness and resilience of marine species, aiming to understand the far-reaching effects of environmental changes on aquatic ecosystems.
